Information for Competitors at the 2006 2 Cycle Sprint Grand National - Notice #1
Fuel: VP race fuel will be the official fuel of the event. 110 octane will be supplied for all 100cc/80cc classes. 98 octane will be supplied for all TAG engines including Rotax. A pump around system will be used for 110 classes. TAG and Rotax competitors will be required to mix their own oil and 98 octane fuel from official stock.

Oil: Burris Castor will be the official oil. 8oz per gallon (16:1) for all classes except Rotax. 4oz per gallon (32:1) for Rotax

Clutches: JR. Super Sportsman, Super Sportsman, Super Sportsman Heavy, Formula Y/C Heavy and Masters Formula Y/C will run wet clutches per Section 202.5. Dry clutches being run as Local Option in Region 7 are not legal in these classes.

Weights: A reminder that weights must be secured with drilled bolts with safety wire or cotter keyed or with other approved clips. Double nutting, wrapping the bolt or nylock nuts are not sufficient. This is both a pre and post-race requirement. It would be a huge disappointment to reach tech but be disqualified for this requirement.

Number panels: A reminder that only IKF Experts may use yellow number panels, if you are not qualified you will be required to change to white panels. Four legible number panels are required. Check Competition Manual for placement/size requirements.
